How We Work

Real connection before making any commitments.

Mind Remedy doesn’t just assign a support worker and hope for the best. The onboarding process is built around getting to know you properly, before anything else.

Initial conversation - relaxed, no pressure, just getting to know you and your goals

Getting to know me form - hobbies, interests, routines, personality, and what matters most to you

Capacity, capability & compatibility assessment - we assess whether we’re the right fit before making any commitments

Support worker matching - using the same process with our team to make a genuinely informed match

Review - your NDIS plan and support requirements together

Individually focused - tailored support plan built around your life, not a template

Continuous care - ongoing check-ins and open communication, adjusted as things change

Our Support Workers

Mind Remedy is very deliberate about who joins the team.

Every support worker is here because they genuinely care, not just because they needed a job. The team embrace a health-focused approach in their own lives, which means it comes naturally in their work. They go above and beyond because that’s just who they are.

Matching is taken seriously. Mind Remedy matches based on personality, shared interests, and the kind of support you’re after - not just availability. If it’s not right, we work to fix it.

Participant Voice

Participants are involved in every decision. Mind Remedy regularly reviews goals, encourages open feedback, and adjusts support based on what you tell us. You’re heard, respected, and in control.

Quality Standards

As a registered NDIS provider, Mind Remedy maintains independent audits, clear policies, risk management systems, incident reporting processes, and ongoing compliance reviews. All staff hold current First Aid, CPR, required qualifications, and completed screening checks.
