Our Story
We started with no roadmap. Just a genuine love for the work.
Mind Remedy Support was co-founded in November 2024 by Ryan and Madelyn Harvey. Driven not by a grand business plan, but by a shared belief that disability support should mean more than just showing up.
Ryan’s years as a support worker revealed a consistent gap, and Madelyn’s own lived experience gave it shape: participants weren’t being genuinely cared for beyond the support hours, to have someone invested in their health, their happiness, and the small things that add up to a life well lived.
Mind Remedy was built to fill that gap, placing a deeper understanding of each unique participant at the heart of everything it does. Rather than rush to market, they stopped and did things properly; building the right foundations, holding themselves to a high standard and pursuing full NDIS registration to back it up.
Now in 2026, Mind Remedy is expanding across the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong, and Surf Coast, launching group wellness programs, building new participant partnerships and growing a carefully selected team of people.
Mind Remedy Support started small with Ryan and Madelyn working closely alongside a handful of participants.
Growth came entirely through word of mouth, as participants gained independence, achieved their goals, and made real positive changes in their lives.
In 2025, the decision was made to pause new referrals and pursue full NDIS registration. No website, No social media. Just focused, demanding work. Late nights, rigorous audits, and the discipline to build real foundations before scaling.
Late in 2025, Mind Remedy became a registered support provider.
Now in 2026, Mind Remedy is expanding, launching group wellness programs, new participant partnerships, and growing a carefully selected team across the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong, and Surf Coast.
Our Philosophy
Build real relationships
Match the right worker to the right person
Support the whole person – physically, emotionally, and socially
Focus on long-term independence, not dependence on support
Deliver care with warmth, integrity, and a can-do attitude
Why NDIS Registration Matters
Choosing a support provider is a significant decision. NDIS registration means Mind Remedy has been independently audited and operates under strict government quality and safeguarding standards with real accountability built into everything we do.
For participants who are plan-managed or NDIA-managed, registration also unlocks access to a wider range of funding options.
Those standards matter. So does something equally important, genuine human care. At Mind Remedy, you get both.
