We collect personal information necessary to provide NDIS supports — including contact details, NDIS plan information, health and support needs, and emergency contacts. We only collect what we need.
How We Use It
Your information is used to deliver and coordinate your supports, meet our NDIS registration obligations, and communicate with you and your care team. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required by law or your care arrangement.
How We Store It
Information is stored securely using encrypted, cloud-based systems. Access is restricted to authorised Mind Remedy staff only.
